Research shows that the fiber in guar beans can have a positive effect on gut health
Based on the data obtained, the researchers concluded that guar fiber may be beneficial for intestinal health. Namely, they write “Continuous consumption [of guar bean fiber] induces selective adaptation of metabolic functions, which can [offer health benefits].”
