I was sick for years until I found this routine

I spent my high school years in Bangladesh. Even though it’s the eastern side of the world, in my experience, there’s been a pretty strong emphasis on allopathic, western medicine. So every time I went to the doctor, I was prescribed a course of antibiotics, but they never investigated the root cause.

In addition to being sick all the time, I started developing skin conditions like rosacea, something I had never experienced before. When I had skin problems, I actually went to Singapore and Thailand to see a few more doctors, but they just gave me a steroid cream to treat it.

None of the practitioners I saw offered to check my gut to see if it was affecting my skin or immune system.

Needless to say, my struggles continued into college. I even somehow contracted meningitis my sophomore year, which is an incredibly rare infection. I also struggled with chronic UTIs throughout my college experience.

In college, when something went wrong, I was either given antibiotics or painkillers. I actually became resistant to antibiotics when I was dealing with a UTI. In the end, I never got any definitive answers, just related solutions.

Right after starting my first job after graduation, I was sent to the emergency room because of rib pain. As it turns out, I actually broke one of my ribs because of a chronic cough that wouldn’t go away.

It was one thing after another, for such a long time.
