Blue Apron Vs. Green Chef: Which Meal Set Is Best?

Signing up for Green Chef is similar to other meal kit delivery services, but it’s much easier to filter by dietary needs. You’ll always have access to all 30 weekly recipes, but you can choose gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, Mediterranean, plant-based, and more so you see the most relevant recipes first. If your preferences change, you can always access and update them in your account settings.
Green Chef menu categories:
Keto and Paleo: High-protein, low-carb recipes that eliminate gluten, grains, soy, and legumes.
Vegetarian: plant-based meatless recipes (may include some animal products such as dairy and eggs)
Fast and fit: calorie-dense recipes that can be made in 25 minutes or less
Vegan: the recipe excludes all products of animal origin, contains vegetables and vegetable proteins
Mediterranean: Mediterranean recipes with lots of vegetables and healthy fats
Does not contain gluten: recipes containing gluten and soy-free ingredients
Once your profile is set up, dishes will be recommended for you and you can easily replace them with other recipes by checking the weekly menu options. You’ll be able to filter recipes by dietary needs, minimum cooking time, adventurous recipes, calories, and more.
Note. When you sign up, you’ll be automatically enrolled in weekly delivery, which you can cancel at any time. You can edit the delivery every week or once a month. From now on, you can skip weeks at any time. After reading the reviews, customers seem to be impressed with the overall quality of the ingredients that arrived in their boxes. Fresh produce without bruises and unbroken eggs? We love to see that.
