A Beauty Expert’s 3-Step Guide to Treating “Strawberry Legs”

Smooth, glowing, soft skin is the ultimate goal. I’m constantly applying creams and toners in pursuit of a glowing complexion — including my face and body. One area I particularly struggle with is the legs. For some reason, my feet have always been pretty dry, even rough, blotchy and red. While I can go months without thinking about it (ahem, the winter months), once I start showing a little more skin, they’re the best for me.
Well, a few years ago I learned that the appearance of my skin is called: strawberry skin. Pretty apt description: Visible pores with dots that look like strawberry seeds. While redness isn’t necessarily part of it, it can be as it happens with my skin. These tiny dots are hair follicles that are clogged with dead skin cells and oil that can appear as a result of hair removal. Some people are more prone to this than others, and I’m just one of the lucky ones.
