- For Padmasana yoga, sit on a flat surface with erect spine and legs stretched out.
- Gently bend the right knee and place it over the left thigh and simultaneously bend the left knee and place it over the right thigh.
- Now you are in a position of Padmasana (the lotus pose).
- Now bring both hands back and hold left-hand wrist with the right hand.
- Exhale and slowly bend forward until your forehead and nose touch to the floor.
- Hold your breath while doing so.
- If you fail to touch the floor then go as far as you can but don’t strain your body.
- Make sure your spine should be erected and your buttocks remain same on the floor.
- This is the final position of Psychic Union Pose.
- Hold this position for a few minutes or as long as you can.
- Take a deep and slow breath in the final position.
