Gomukhasana Yoga - Gomukhasana Yoga is also known as The Cow Face Pose which is a seated position.  Gomukhasana is a Sanskrit word which is driven from the combination of the words ‘go’ means 'cow', ‘Mukha’ means 'Face', and asana meaning 'Pose'.
